The Vineyard
With the simple philosophy that great wines begin in the vineyard, Dennis and Nicole spend countless hours priming the Syrah and Petite Sirah vines to bear only a low yield of concentrated fruit. The shallow limestone/clay soil is warmed by Paso Robles hot afternoons and cooled by the Pacific Ocean evening breezes, producing wines of intense flavor and aroma.
